Step 1
To prepare the pizza base, put the flour, salt, and yogurt in a large bowl. Mix well to form a soft, smooth dough.
Step 2
Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll out on a lightly floured work surface to the thickness of a £1 coin. Transfer each base to a baking tray lined with non-stick baking parchment or foil.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, mix together the mince and chipotle paste. Season with salt and pepper, if required.
Step 4
Spread the tomato purée or tomato passata over each pizza base with 50g of the cheese. Add equal amounts of the mince, pepper, and onion. Sprinkle over the remaining cheese.
Step 5
Preheat an air fryer to 200ºC for a few minutes and cook the pizza bases in batches for 5-8 minutes.
Step 6
Alternatively, preheat the oven to 220ºC, 200ºC Fan, Gas Mark 7. Transfer the pizzas to a lined baking tray and cook in the oven for 10 minutes, until the pizzas are cooked through and the dough is golden brown.
Step 7
Drizzle the pizzas with the hot honey and serve with an optional crisp salad and garlic bread.
If preferred, mix a few tablespoons of prepared pesto with the passata and use as the pizza base.
