Ingredients

500g prepared Everyday Pork Mince Base
4-6 flour tortillas
50-75g mature hard cheese, e.g. Cheddar, grated

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C, 180°C Fan, Gas Mark 6. 

Step 2

Heat a large, shallow, non-stick frying pan with mainstay mince over moderate heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until piping hot. 

Step 3

Place a tortilla on a large non-stick baking tray, lined with baking parchment or foil, and spoon over a portion of the mince mixture evenly along with a handful of cheese. Repeat with the remaining tortilla ingredients and finish with the remaining cheese. 

Step 4

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Cut into quarters and serve with a crunchy mixed salad.
