Hoisin Pork Meatballs

These Asian inspired hoisin pork meatballs make a quick mid-week meal and only uses 5 ingredients! That's a winner.

  • 500g pork mince (5% fat) or 300g pack prepared pork meatballs
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 2 x 200g packs prepared stir-fry vegetables of your choice
  • 2 x 150g packs straight to wok noodles or cooked and cooled noodles of your choice
  • 8 tablespoons prepared Hoisin sauce of your choice



Put the mince in a large bowl, season and shape into 16 small meatballs.


Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over moderate heat and cook the meatballs for 8-10 minutes or until any meat juices run clear.  Transfer to a large plate and set aside. 


Return the same pan to the heat and cook the stir-fry  vegetables briefly for 2-3 minutes, then add the noodles, sauce, 4 tablespoons water and the meatballs. 


Toss gently and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the meatballs are piping hot.


Serve immediately.

Additional Information


If preferred, use a family-sized vegetable stir-fry pack.
