Looking for something delicious and super easy to make? This Pork and BBQ beans recipe is so versatile that it can be served with a range of sides depending on your mood and perfect for sharing with friends and family.

Step 1
Put all the ingredients except the pork into the base of a large slow cooker.
Step 2
Season the steaks and add to the ingredients in the slow cooker. Gently coat well in the mixture.
Step 3
Cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours, or 8-10 hours on LOW, or according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Step 4
Serve with sides of your choice such as jacket or mashed potatoes, rice and seasonal vegetables.
Any leftovers can be kept in the fridge for another day and is delicious served with baked potatoes, nachos, in wraps, or with eggs for brunch.
This recipe works well with a 900g boneless pork shoulder joint, rind and skin removed.
If preferred, replace the baked beans with 2 x 400g cans mixed beans and 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes.
