Rebecca Adlington OBE encourages people to try cooking lean pork medallions midweek
Rebecca Adlington, Olympic medal winner, mum and now passionate cook wowed the nation with her culinary skills on Celebrity Masterchef. Her newly found love of food has recently centred around pork as she has realised how lean and healthy pork fillet medallions and pork loin medallions are.
Rebecca says “I always thought pork was a fatty meat, so was really surprised to learn how lean and low fat these cuts are”
She went on to say "I love pork medallions as they’re low in fat and high in protein*. They’re actually just as healthy as chicken breast* and so tasty and simple to cook. Pork medallions make the perfect healthy midweek meal that all the family can enjoy."
