Hot Dogs With Chilli Jam Dipping Sauce
- 4 lean pork sausages
- 1 onion, peeled and sliced
- Knob of butter
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli dipping sauce
Preheat the grill to moderate.
Cook the sausages for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Meanwhile prepare the chilli jam. Place the onion and knob of butter into a pan and cook over a moderate heat for 10-15 minutes until softened.
Stir through the chilli sauce and heat for further minute.
Serve the sausages in hotdog rolls with the sweet chilli jam, salad and crunchy vegetable sticks.
