1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
4 spring onions, trimmed and sliced diagonally
1 x 200g pack 'ready to wok' rice noodles

2 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander
1 small red chilli, deseeded and sliced (optional)
