Cyrus Todiwala is chef proprietor of a top London Indian restaurant. Born and raised in Mumbai, he trained with India's Taj Group before leaving for Europe in 1991.

Famed for his unique twists on traditional Indian cuisine, Cyrus is also a staunch advocate of improved industry training. Awarded the MBE in 2000, he’s passionate about fully traceable produce and pork always features highly on his menus.
