Leftover Pulled Pork With Potato Wedges And Beans
- Left over pulled pork (see pulled pork recipes for details of how to cook)

- freshly ground black pepper
- grated cheese

Pulled pork is ideal for a lazy Sunday feast, but if you have any leftovers they’re great for simple and delicious family meals during the week too. Make sure you keep the leftover pulled pork in a sealed container in the fridge.
For pulled pork wedges, preheat an oven to 200° C, Gas Mark 6 and cut a baking potato into wedges. Toss in a little oil and paprika and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place on a non- stick baking sheet and cook in the hot oven for about 15-20 minutes, turning once until crispy.
Top with some pulled pork and sprinkle over some grated cheese. Return to the oven and cook for a further 7-8 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the pork is heated through.
Serve with a side of barbecue beans.
