Juliette Kellow knows her onions. In fact, she knows pretty much any food you care to mention.
Having started out as a hospital dietician, she’s been working in the field of nutrition for more than 18 years. Following stints editing Slimming Magazine and Top Sant├® she now has her dream job as a freelance nutrition consultant to industry and the media. A mum of one, she reckons growing up with a diabetic dad, plus a love of biology, is what inspired her to get into nutrition.
