Sticky Sausages

Recipe ingredients

454g (1lb) Chipolata sausages
2 x 15mlsp (2tbsp) Cranberry sauce Large pinch dried chilli flakes
2 x 15mlsp (2tbsp) Red berry or orange fruit juice

Preparation

Place sausages in a lined baking sheet. Pour over the sauce and cook in a preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes until sausage are sticky and cooked through.

To make a dipping sauce mix up the cranberry mix again – mix the ingredients well together – great for dunking!
