Poached Egg, Ham & Mustard on Toast

Recipe ingredients

2 medium eggs
2 slices wholemeal bread
2 tsp wholegrain mustard
2 thick cut slices ham

Preparation

Add the eggs to a pan of boiling water and poach for 2-3 minutes or slightly longer for a firmer result
Meanwhile, toast the bread, spread with the mustard and add the ham on top
Place the poached egg on top and season with black pepper
