Richard can tell you a thing or two about pigs. He's been rearing them for the last 20 years on his farms in East Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire. He's also well known in the industry as a tireless campaigner for improved training and higher standards of animal welfare. A dedicated family man – his wife, son and daughter are all in the industry – Richard is rugby-mad and rather partial to a juicy cut of belly pork.
